| Description | Account-bound item. Mysterious reins that allow you to summon a mount. +25% Movement speed While riding a mount, you cannot attack or use skills. Can be used by any class. When dealing or receiving damage from a player, a 15-second debuff is applied: Mount movement speed decreases by 1% for each remaining second (up to -15% at the moment of impact). Each new PvP hit resets the timer to 15 seconds. The item's duration is bound to the account. When logging in with any character, the item is automatically granted.
